This policy explains how Japan Clinic Finder (package com.panwenliang.jphospitalfinder) handles information.
No account
The app does not create user accounts and does not ask you to sign in.
No server-side personal data held by us
We do not operate a backend that stores your name, email, phone number, or location history. Favorites and recently viewed clinics are stored only on your device.
Location
If you allow location permission, the app uses your approximate location on the device only to suggest the nearest prefecture data download and to sort clinics by distance. Location is not sent to us.
Facility data downloads
Hospital and pharmacy files are downloaded from public CDNs (jsDelivr and, as fallback, raw.githubusercontent.com) that host the open data package. Those providers may see your IP address and standard request metadata when a download runs. The files are then cached on your phone for offline use.
Map tiles
Map tiles are requested from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (GSI). GSI may see your IP address when tiles load.
Crash diagnostics
Release builds send crash diagnostics to Google Firebase Crashlytics (Firebase project jp-hospital-finder) so we can fix failures. A report can include the crash stack, app version and build number, device model, and Android version. Debug builds do not send these reports. We do not add your name, email, phone number, or location to crash reports. If Firebase cannot start, the app keeps running and sends nothing.
Advertising
The app shows banner ads with Google AdMob on the facility list and the About screen (settings). Ads are not shown on the map, the emergency / 119 screen, a facility’s detail page, or while you place a call or open directions. AdMob and its partners may collect the Android advertising ID and device or network signals to serve and measure ads, under Google’s advertising policies and your device ad settings.
In the EEA, the UK, and other regions where consent is required, the app asks with Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before it requests ads. You can reopen those choices from About → Ad privacy options.
A one-time in-app purchase (product id remove_ads) hides banner ads on this device. Google Play processes the payment. We store only an “ads removed” flag on the device. Restore purchases is on the About screen.
Children
The app is intended for adults and caregivers seeking clinic information. It is not directed at children under 13.

正式版会把崩溃诊断发送到 Google Firebase Crashlytics（Firebase 项目 jp-hospital-finder），以便我们修复故障。报告可能包含崩溃堆栈、应用版本与构建号、设备型号和 Android 版本。调试版不发送这些报告。我们不会把您的姓名、邮箱、电话或位置写入崩溃报告。若 Firebase 无法启动，应用仍可使用，且不会发送报告。

应用通过 Google AdMob 在医疗机构列表和“关于”（设置）页展示横幅广告。地图、急救 / 119、机构详情，以及拨号或导航过程中不展示广告。AdMob 及其合作伙伴可能收集 Android 广告 ID 以及设备或网络信息，用于投放和衡量广告，并受 Google 广告政策及系统广告设置约束。
在欧盟、英国及其他需要同意的地区，应用会在请求广告前通过 Google 用户消息平台（UMP） 征求同意。您可以在“关于 → 广告隐私选项”中再次打开这些选项。
一次性应用内购买（商品 ID remove_ads）可在本机关闭横幅广告。付款由 Google Play 处理。我们只在设备上保存“已移除广告”标记。“关于”页可以恢复购买。
儿童
本应用面向需要查找医疗机构信息的成人及照护者，不以 13 岁以下儿童为目标用户。

アカウントなし
本アプリは会員登録やログインを行いません。
開発者サーバに個人データを保存しません
氏名・メール・電話番号・位置履歴などを保存する自前のサーバは運用していません。お気に入りと閲覧履歴は端末内にのみ保存されます。
位置情報
位置情報の許可をいただいた場合、最寄りの都道府県データの提案と距離順の並び替えのために、位置情報を端末上でのみ使用します。位置情報を開発者へ送信することはありません。
医療機関データのダウンロード
病院・薬局データは公開 CDN（jsDelivr、予備として raw.githubusercontent.com）から取得します。ダウンロード時、これらの提供者は IP アドレス等の通常の通信情報を取得し得ます。取得後は端末にキャッシュし、オフラインで利用できます。
地図タイル
地図タイルは国土地理院（GSI）から取得します。タイル取得時に GSI が IP アドレスを取得する場合があります。
クラッシュ診断
リリース版は、不具合の修正のためクラッシュ診断を Google Firebase Crashlytics（Firebase プロジェクト jp-hospital-finder）へ送信します。報告にはクラッシュ時のスタック、アプリのバージョンとビルド番号、端末モデル、Android のバージョンが含まれることがあります。デバッグ版では送信しません。氏名・メール・電話番号・位置情報はクラッシュ報告に含めません。Firebase を開始できない場合、アプリはそのまま動作し、報告は送りません。
広告
施設一覧と「このアプリ」（設定）画面に、Google AdMob のバナー広告を表示します。地図、救急 / 119、施設の詳細、電話発信、経路案内には広告を出しません。AdMob およびそのパートナーは、広告配信と効果測定のため Android の広告 ID や端末・ネットワーク情報を取得することがあります（Google の広告ポリシーおよび端末の広告設定に従います）。
EEA・英国など同意が必要な地域では、広告をリクエストする前に Google のユーザーメッセージプラットフォーム（UMP） で同意を求めます。「このアプリ → 広告のプライバシー設定」から再度開けます。
一回限りのアプリ内購入（商品 ID remove_ads）で、この端末のバナー広告を非表示にできます。支払いは Google Play が処理します。端末には「広告を非表示にした」印だけを保存します。購入の復元は「このアプリ」画面にあります。
お子さま
本アプリは医療機関情報を探す成人・保護者向けであり、13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
